Ron Dahlberg is a life-long resident of Kenosha, 17+ years in Real Estate: 3½ years with Century 21 and 3 years with RE/MAX Kenosha prior to starting 1 MONTH REALTY in 1994.

Diana Dahlberg owned a computer support business for 20 years, was general manager of a Milwaukee Christian radio station, public speaker and co-founder of CANA (ministry), and the State Director of WeeWin Toys managing 32 sales associates.

Together, Ron & Diana have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.

Dan Dahlberg
Office Associate
Dan has been a member of the 1 MONTH REALTY team for 8 years. He makes deliveries for the company, and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all signs and brochures at our listings.

Dan also sends out letters to our sellers each time their property is advertised, and keeps a log of all advertising for each listing. He is also in charge of the lock boxes and keys for all of the company's listings.

Rita DeFranco
Closing Coordinator
Rita facilitates all of 1 MONTH REALTY's closings for our buyers and sellers. She is the liaison between the lenders/banks and our customers helping to address any issues or questions and making sure everything is going smoothly.

Rita is also the Office Manager, keeping the rest of us in line!

Joel Wood
Internet/Photographer
Joel received his Associates Degree in Visual Communications and Computer Graphics in 1995 and has an extensive background in web authoring, graphic design, video/audio production and photography. He is responsible for all of 1 MONTH REALTY's Internet presence, photographs our listings for the virtual slide shows and prepares weekly advertising for print and television.

Married with one daughter, Joel and his wife Meredith autocross in their spare time. He is also in the process of putting together a sports car endurance racing program and hopes to compete nationally in 2006.
